WEST Restaurant and Bar is located on the Plus-15 and Plus-30 levels of Scotia Centre, Calgary, on Stephen Avenue. There’s lots of underground parking and the city offers $2 parking all weekend and weekdays after 6pm, so don’t be afraid to drive, there’s lots of space.
